Order Status Questions:

Beamz Songs. The BeamzMusic store is primarily setup for song purchases to be immediately available via digital download. Once your order is complete, it is recommended that you bookmark the order confirmation page with the active download links specific to your order. If a download link or installer file is not working as it should, please let us know via email: info@thebeamz.com and we’ll repair the link within two business days.

Beamz Software. The Beamz Studio and Beamz DJ software applications require an activation key to “validate” the software on your computer. When you purchase either of these applications, an activation code will be emailed directly to you within two business days after order submission. DVDs. Content skus provided on DVD media are shipped via US Postal Service within two business days after order submission from our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse. For questions and/or shipping status of physical items ordered, contact our operations team via email: jan.durand@thebeamz.com.
